Cribbs of Clarksburg. The Rev. John 0. Miller, Jr. officiated at the double ring ceremony where the bride, given in marriage by her father, Lloyd T. Noel, also of Saltsburg, wore a gown of white tissue taffeta with a chapel train and an off the shoulder neckline of Venice lace. The matching headpiece was also of taffeta and Venice lace with a fingertip veil. Her jewelry consisted of a pearl necklace and pearl earrings. Miss Noel carried' a cascade bouquet of pink roses and white stephanotis. Mrs. Herbert C. Pollock of Indiana, sister of the groom, was matron of honor, and wore a ballerina length gown of white organdy embroidered in pastel green and yellow and carried white carnations. Mrs. A. Wade Cunkleman of Latrobe, and Miss Evelyn Tarter of Saltsburg were the bridesmaids and wore similar gowns of white nylon velva-ray over pastel green and yellow taffeta. Mrs. Cunkleman wore green and tarried yellow carnations and Miss Tarter wore yellow and carried green carnations. The flower girl was Charlotte Cribbs, niece of the groom, of Clarksburg who wore a dress of white nylon dotted Swiss over yellow taffeta and carried white carnations. Nephew of the groom Glenn Beatty, of Marion Center, was ring bearer. The groom chose as his best man Willis Bechtal of Saltsburg. The ushers were Lloyd T. Noel, Jr., of Saltsburg, brother of the bride; John A. Cribbs, Jr., and Armour F. Cribbs of Clarksburg, brothers of the groom. The bride's mother, Mrs. Lloyd I. Noel, wore a dress of green cotton with an off the shoulder "V" neckline of Venice lace. Her white accessories included a corsage of white carnations. Mrs. Lillie M. Jones, grandmother of the bride, wore a dress of pink chiffon with a lace bodice and white accessories and a white carnation corsage. The groom's mother, Mrs. John A. Cribbs, wore mauve embroidered chiffon with pink and navy accessories. She also wore a white carnation corsage. Some of the selections of traditional wedding music played by Miss Mary E. Carson included "Venetian Love Song," by Nevin; "To A Wild Rose," by MacDowell; "If Thou be Near," by Bach; "Theme from Romeo and Juliet," by Tschaikowsky. Mr. Jack Grosklos sang "Through The Years," by Youmans; "Walk Hand in Hand With Me," by Cowell, and "O Perfect Love," by Barnby. After the reception held in the church social rooms, the couple left for a trip south along the Delaware Coast to Virginia Beach and returned through Washington, D.C. For her going-away outfit, the bride chose a dress of nylon velva-ray with yellow roses on a white background and white accessories. Mr. and Mrs. Cribbs are currently residing in Clarksburg, at the home of his parents.
