Donald and Eleanor Duchene - 9/26/2004

Mr. and Mrs. Donald L. Duchene Sr. of the Town of Tonawanda celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a renewal of their marriage vows in Atonement Lutheran Church, Buffalo, followed by a family gathering.

Duchene and Eleanor M. Eirich were married Aug. 21, 1954, in Buffalo.

He is retired from Erie County buildings and grounds; she is a retired clerk typist at the Erie County Rath Building.

The couple has four children and five grandchildren.
