Reverend Matthew Russell officiated the double ring ceremony. Music was provided by organist Tom Jaber and trumpeter Dan Shipman. The soloist was Mrs. Aubrey Meachum Connatser. The Christ's Cross was carried by the bride's step-father, Mr. Richard George Kircher. The scripture reading was given by Mrs. Margaret Meyers Smith, stepmother of the bride. A reception followed the ceremony at The St. Regis with music by Klockwork. On the eve of the wedding the groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at Las Alamedas. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Frederick Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Richard George Kircher, all of Houston. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Shirley Francis Smith, the late Mr. Jeptha Frederick Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lester Hearn, all of Houston. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Allen Lippold of Houston. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Myrvn Hollinger Cron of Chappell Hill, Texas, Ms. Emoline Dehnert Cron of Houston, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman Fredrick Lippold. Mrs. Connally Gibbs Burroughs of Houston served as Matron of Honor. The bridesmaids were Mrs. Hillary Canon Herring and Miss Julie Nan Naponic of Houston, Miss Allenson Ane Shelton of Beaumont, Miss Alicia Ann Lippold of College Station, Mrs. Courtney West Follett and Miss Mollie Hawkins of Dallas, Miss Heather Lynn Bergeron of Boulder, Colorado, and Mrs. Debbie Deming Cannon of Orlando, Florida. Serving as honorary attendants were Mrs. Amy Harkins Irwin, Miss Shannon Mackenzie Smith and Miss Leah Jean Walker all of Houston, Mrs. Mina Castleman Ehrie of Austin, Mrs. Aubrey Meachum Connatser of Dallas, and Miss Meredith Annette Hearn of Lake Jackson. Flower girls were Miss Kayleigh Reagan Williams and Miss Camryn Parker Williams of Houston. Mr. Neal Ross Lippold of Houston served his brother as Best Man. The groomsmen were Mr. William Arthur Atkinson, IV, Mr. Cal David Booth, Mr. William Matthew Hartman, Mr. Stuart David Petty, and Mr. Damon Wayne Vance all of Houston, Mr. Carlos Owen Garza of Dallas, Mr. Russell Douglas Jones of Waco and Mr. Matthew Michael Smith of Vienna, Virginia. Serving as ushers were Mr. Taylor Crawford Franklin Smith and Mr. Walker Morrison Frederick Smith of Houston, Mr. Blake Hardin Pugh of Abilene, Mr. Shane Morrow Smith of College Station, Mr. William Robert Hearn of Lake Jackson, and Mr. John Robert Hearn of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Sharidan is a graduate of Memorial High School and the University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. She is currently the lower school computer teacher at Grace School. Ryan is a graduate of Memorial High School and Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science. He is currently a project manager for Ronald Logan Interest, Inc. Following a honeymoon trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the Lippolds will reside in Houston.
