Alfred Vito, uncle of the groom, and the Rev. Andrew Hvozdovic in Most Precious Blood Church, Hazleton. Readings were given by Charles Burkhardt, godfather of the groom; Alison Gennaro, and John Dacostino, uncle of the groom. Gifts were presented by Joann Casper and Joanne Suglia, godmothers of the groom and bride, respectively; Fred Williams, uncle of the groom, and Jackie Brogan, godfather of the bride. Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose her cousin, Coleen Brogan, Virginia, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Shauna Hebal, Hazleton, and Stephanie Brogan, Virginia, cousins of the bride; Alexis Kreisl, West Hazleton; Jen Marnell, Pittsburgh; Megan Spokas and Kimberly Carsia, Philadelphia, and Tina Mooney, Northampton, sister of the groom. Noelle Hebal, cousin of the bride, was junior bridesmaid, and Janna Marnell, Colorado, and Gabrielle Hebal, cousin of the bride, were the flower girls. John Williams, Hazleton, was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Michael Bugda, Thomas Sharkey and Jack Matteo, all of Hazleton; Craig DeFalco, Hanover; Ed Mooney, Northampton, brother-in-law of the groom; Raymond Beltz, North Carolina, cousin of the groom, and Thomas Brogan, Florida, brother of the bride. Nicholas Williams, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer. Following a reception at Edgewood in the Pines, Drums, the couple left on a honeymoon cruise to the Western Caribbean. They now reside in Saylorsburg. The rehearsal dinner was held at the home of the groom’s parents. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, the bride is employed by Aventis Pasteur. The groom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Bloomsburg University and is employed by REDCO Company.
