She is a 2005 graduate of Odessa High School and attends Texas Tech University in pursuit of a degree in occupational therapy.
She is employed by Plainview Independent School District.
The groom is the son of Wes and Cindy Phillips of El Paso.
He is a 2004 graduate of Americas High School in El Paso and attends Wayland Baptist University in pursuit of a degree in economics and finance.
He is employed by Cotton Patch Cafe and Plainview Christian Academy.
