Best man was Kevin Carter, friend of the groom.
Groomsmen were Eric Starkey, Matt Sexson and A.J. Thomas, friends of the groom, and Bill Emerson, brother-in-law of the groom.

The bride is a graduate of Hays High School and Fort Hays State University with a bachelor's degree in biology and a master's degree in biology. She is an environmental scientist for the Kansas Department of Transportation.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Parkway South High School, Manchester, and Central Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in biology and FHSU with a master's degree in biology. He is a environmental technician for the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks.
Following a wedding trip to the jungles of Ecuador, the newlyweds are at home in Hays.
