The bride is a 2008 graduate of Fort Hays State University with a degree in elementary education. She is a first grade teacher at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School, Wichita.
The bridegroom is a 2009 graduate of FHSU with a degree in biology and plans to attend medical school at the University of Kansas this fall.
He is employed at Via Christi-St. Joseph Hospital, Wichita.
The couple are planning a wedding trip to Rome this summer.
They will reside in Kansas City, Kan.
