Frank and Elizabeth Giblin of Wescosville, Pa., and William and Sandra Fletcher of Patterson Township announce the engagement of their children, Kathleen Giblin of Pittsburgh and Jeffrey Fletcher of Mount Lebanon.

The future bride is a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School and the University of Pittsburgh.

She is a behavioral therapist at the Pittsburgh Center for Early Intervention in Pittsburgh.

Her fiance is a graduate of Blackhawk High School and the University of Pittsburgh.

He is product engineer for Electrolux International Co. in Pittsburgh.

They are planning a Nov. 17, 2001 wedding.
