The couple was married on September 12, 1953 in Atlantic City, NJ, where they both were raised. Mason graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering in 1953 and took a job with the General Electric Co. After living in Massachusetts for 12 years, they moved to their current home in Cincinnati (Greenhills) where they raised six children. Mason is now retired from GE (after 40 years) but Jane is still working as a housewife and mother. They are both enjoying being grandparents of their 10 grandchildren. They are active members of the Northminster Presbyterian Church and Mason is a current barbershopper and past president of the Delta Kings Barbershop chorus. Their children are Susan Marvin of Los Gatos, CA; Heidi Ehlers of Harrison, OH; Sgt. John Marvin of Tucson, AZ; Nadine Freihofer of Las Vegas, NV; Wendy Kirkwood of Cincinnati, OH and Sgt.
