LaFARGES CELEBRATE 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
Arnold and Norma met while both were working in Oklahoma, and married on September 5, 1953.
Arnold subsequently attended Oklahoma University, where he graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering while Norma worked hard to support them.
After graduation they settled in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised three awesome children.
Through these 50 years their love for one another has grown, through good times and bad, to this very day.
Mom, Dad, we are very proud of what you have accomplished in your life.
May God continue to bless and look over you.

(Obituary of Arnold LaFarge: "LAFARGE, Arnold Xavier Jr. of Loveland. Cherished son of the late Arnold Xavier Sr. and Mary Elester (nee Long) LaFarge. Beloved husband of Norma L. (nee Goodin) LaFarge. Loving father of John Maurice (Mary Christine) LaFarge, Rodney Wade LaFarge, and Melba Reneé (nee LaFarge) Schultz. Proud grandfather of Emily Ferguson, Benjamin (Jaclyn) Ferguson, Andrew Ferguson, Stephen LaFarge, Christin LaFarge, Brandyn LaFarge, Ashley LaFarge, and Amy Schultz. Great grandfather of Kieran Ferguson. Passed away January 22, 2015 at age 86. Private Services will be held. Donation in memory of Arnold may be directed to Queen City Hospice. ")
