The Rev. Carl Ellis officiated the double ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white off-the-shoulder gown adorned with lace, beads and sequins, and featuring a Basque waistline. The ballroom skirt was accented with lace, beads and sequins and the cathedral length train was edged with lace and sequins. Her head was adorned with a tiara holding a fingertip length veil adorned with beads. She carried a bouquet of lavender and white silk roses and white daisies, made by the mother of the groom. Maid of honor was Helen Dick of Abilene. Miniature bride was Rachell Dick of Abilene. Bridesmaids were Teresa Foster of Lawrence, sister-in-law of the bride, Mandy Feik of Russell, and Nita Drake of Russell, sister of the groom. Junior bridesmaid was Taylor Drake of Harrisonville, Mo., daughter of the groom. The bridesmaids wore floor length gowns of lavender chiffon with lace bodice and mini train. They carried small bouquets identical to the bride’s. Best man was Mark Foster of Russell, brother of the bride. Groomsmen were Mike Foster of Lawrence, brother of the bride, Carl Drake of Keller, brother of the groom and Cliff McGraw of Great Bend. Junior groomsman was Tyler Drake of Russell, nephew of the groom. Ringbearer was Brandon Foster of Lawrence, nephew of the bride. Ushers were Kent Foster, uncle of the bride, and Ben Davis, both of Russell. Flower girls were Hayley Ross of Harrisonville, daughter of the groom and Alexis Gnad of Russell. Taper lighters were Nicole Dixon of Independence, Mo., daughter of the groom, and Daniel Dick of Abilene. The bride is a graduate of Russell High School and Barton County Community College of Cosmetology. She is a homemaker. The groom attended Great Bend High School. He is employed as a truck driver for Swift Transportation of Harrisonville.
