The celebration was hosted by their son Jeffrey Swigart of DuBois and daughter Cindy Radaker of Brookville and their families.

The couple also have two grandchildren.

Ned C. Swigart and Mary Joan Swartz were married June 27, 1954, in the First Presbyterian Church, Titusville, by the Rev. Richard Shannon Graham.

The couple moved to Brookville in 1965 when he became the manager at the new Agway.
