A reception was held at Ramada Plaza City Center Hotel, Wheeling. The bride is a 1995 graduate of Wheeling Park High School. She attended West Virginia Institute of Technology. She is completing a double major in business administration and organizational communications at Otterbein College. She is employed by Qwest Communications in Dublin, Ohio, as a network specialist. The groom is a 1989 graduate of Firelands High School, Oberlin. He served in the Navy as an aviation electronic technician between 1989 and 1993. He is a 1999 graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering technology. He is employed by Qwest Communications in Dublin as an IT systems administration engineer. After a southern Caribbean cruise, the couple will reside in Marysville, Ohio.
