Tricia Joan Litten and David Allen Stahnke were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2003 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Wheeling, with the Rev. Eugene Ostrowski officiating.
Parents of the bride are Patricia Litten of Wheeling and the late Robert J. Litten.
Parents of the groom are William and Jane Stahnke of Wheeling.
The bride was escorted by William Litten.
Kristi Ostasiewski was maid of honor. Chuck Winkler and Chris Corcoran served as best men.
Other attendants were Alicia Derrow; Jill Pennybacker; Marlene Winkler, sister of the groom; Jodi Walters; Cecelia Favede; Chad Stout; Jon Litman; Joe Johnson and Bill Stahnke, brother of the groom.
A reception was held at the Georgian Center, Wheeling.
The bride is a 1990 graduate of Wheeling Park High School. She has attended West Virginia Northern Community College. She is employed by Drs. Favede and Associates in Bridgeport as a optometric technician.
The groom is a 1990 graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a 1995 graduate of West Liberty State College and a 2002 graduate of West Virginia University with a master of arts degree in special education. He is employed by Union Local School District as a developmentally handicapped teacher, assistant girls basketball coach and assistant softball coach. He is also employed as an assistant football coach at Wheeling Park High School.
After a wedding trip to Aruba, they will reside in Wheeling.
