Rebekah Mary Tilley and Andrew Jonathan Sedaca were married Sunday, May 30, 2004, at four o'clock in the afternoon at the home of the bride's parents in Raleigh. Reverend Victor David Sedaca, father of the groom, officiated the ceremony. A reception was held after the garden wedding.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard David Tilley of Raleigh. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Clarence Norwood Ragan, and Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Roy Tilley of Fuquay-Varina.
The groom is the son of Reverend and Mrs. Victor David Sedaca of Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is the grandson of Sr. Norberto Gutierrez of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The matron of honor was Robbie Ellen Barber of Wilmington, sister of the bride.
Santiago David Sedaca of Washington, DC, brother of the groom, served as best man. The ushers were Richard David Tilley Jr. of Raleigh, brother of the bride; and Mark Christopher Sedaca of Newport News, Virginia, brother of the groom.
The bride graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is employed as a Project Leader with Wachovia Retirement Services in Charlotte.
The groom graduated from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and is employed as an eCommerce Producer with Wachovia Bank in Charlotte.
After a honeymoon trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple will live in Charlotte.
