Bowers 65th Anniversary
Tommy and Sue Bowers of Conyers will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Monday (December 24, 2012).
They will celebrate their anniversary surrounded by family and friends.
The couple enjoys spending most of their time with their children, great-grandchildren and their great-great-grandchildren.
Tommy, also known as PawPaw, loves to work in the yard.
Sue, affectionately known as Granny-Sue, loves to garden and go shopping.

[Obituary of Tommy Bowers: "Thomas Hailey Bowers - May 28, 1927 – September 4, 2018 - Thomas "Paw Paw" Bowers, age 91, of Conyers, Georgia passed away on Tuesday September 4, 2018. Thomas was born May 28, 1927 in Hartwell, Georgia. Mr. Bowers is survived by his wife of 70 years, Sue Bowers; daughter, Connie (Mitch) O'Berry; two grandsons, Glenn (Theresa) Hadaway and Ricky Hadaway; one great granddaughter, Chelsea Hadaway; one brother, George Bowers; three sisters, Frances Faulkner, Carolyn Reid, and Ruby Nell Tucker; as well as many nieces and nephews and extended family. A visitation for Mr. Bowers will be held Thursday, September 6th, 2018 between the hours of 6 and 8 pm at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel. Funeral services for Mr. Bowers will be held Friday, September 7th, 2018 at 3 pm at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel. Interment will immediately follow the funeral services in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
