Julie Mayer and Justin Elliott will exchange vows March 15 [2008].
Mr. and Mrs. John Cary Mayer of Potts Camp, announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Ann Mayer, to Justin Thomas Elliott, son of Mr. and Mrs. W.T. Elliott of Hickory Flat.
Miss Mayer is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Russell Mayer of Potts Camp, and Mrs. Joyce Clayton and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joel R. Clayton of Potts Camp.
Mr. Elliott’s grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. James Ferrell Elliott of Ashland, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Cleo Laverne Churchill of Potts Camp.
Miss Mayer is a graduate of Potts Camp High School and Northwest Community College where she received an associate’s degree in business.
She is employed as a payroll clerk in the Marshall County Schools’ Superintendent’s Office.
Mr. Elliott is a graduate of Hickory Flat Attendance Center and Northwest Mississippi Community College where he received an associates degree in civil engineering technology.
He is employed as a surveyor with Hill Brothers Construction Company in Faulkner.
Miss Mayer and Mr. Elliott will exchange vows at 2 p.m. on March 15 at the Holly Springs Church of Christ in Holly Springs, with the reception immediately following.
No formal invitations are being sent. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
